Paul David Manktelow was born in Hastings, England. At an early age Paul showed great interest and promise in art and music and has spent his life developing his skills in these areas.
He now resides in Reno, Nevada with his wife, Julie and their children and enjoys life as a successful, internationally recognized artist focusing on large panoramic murals, which he paints both in Europe and America.
