I was born in Walnut Creek, CA on the day the pope was shot (May 13, 1981). I lived in a bath tub in Eldorado Hills for my first year on this "damaged planet," as Kurt Vonnegut puts it. My parents decided that Truckee, Ca would be a good place to plant their seeds, so to speak, so that's where I grew up, through no fault of my own. Since I turned sixteen I've lived 1)with parents, 2)in a park, 3)on a dock, 4)in a Suburu, 5)in a 3 bedroom house with 9 other people, 6)in a 9 bedroom house with 3 other people, 7) in a dormitory, 8)with parents, 9)with a girl, 10)in an Astro Van. . .And finally I have a cute little house which I share with my dog, who is a miniature dog, who's name is Daisy. . .Her favorite band is Barky Bark and the Funky MinPins. Somehwere in the midst of all of that, I learned to play the piano fairly well. One day I switched to the guitar 1)because I got it for Christmas for no apparent reason, 2)because it weighs less than a piano, and I hate keyboards. I was angry that I got a guitar for Christmas, cuz I wanted like, a nintendo or something, but now. . .well, I think there's a lesson in there somewhere, but damned if I know what it is Anyway, that's it, show's over. |
