History of Performer / Band |
A Carson City resident, Hallie Ross began writing songs in grade school. Now, after a tough day at the office, Hallie can often be found singing and playing music at home, in church (worship team), or with local friends and family. No stranger to the studio, Hallie has recorded on several projects, including her three original albums. Her style ranges from adult contemporary/pop to inspirational and folk.
Hallie has recorded and performed with members of the Doobie Brothers, Santa Cruz's Stormin' Norman & the Cyclones, and with the Mississippi band Grumpy Old Men. Some of Hallie's favorite memories as a performer include opening for Tammy Wynette (CountryFest '91), The Drifters (Main Street Association's Sundown Serenade, 2000), Paul Thorn (Tallahatchie RiverFest, 2001), The Coasters (2001), and Percy Sledge (2002). |
